Hello Mr. Griswold, I am a loan officer trying to help people who got into these bad loans. I haven't had any luck getting banks to cooperate. Do you have any tactics or methods that make lenders more inclined to assist during these difficult times?

Well, it looks like the latest stimulus plan will be officially passed any day now. Although I’m not sure that they are aware of it,
taxpayers have already paid $250-billion towards the previously passed stimulus plan.
