I was in such distress until I called 1-21st Century Legal Services voted best loan modification company. When I fell behind several months on my mortgage when my husband died. I am on a fixed income and lost the benefits from my husband. I called 21st Century Legal Services in Rancho Cucamonga California U.S.A., to get help from their loan modification program. 21st Century Legal Services immediately started working on my file when it was received. They received my file on June 2, 08. They did not receive any money from me till the end of July 08. My payments went from $1950 to $1040.77. I was very happy with this mortgage loan modification agreement. I can utilize my savings on other things I need since I am limited on my income. I think anyone in danger of losing their home should call 21st Century Legal Services, or check out their website, I will even give you the number and web address. They can help you believe me, if they could help me they can help anyone. Call them at 1-888-483-1748 or on the web at WWW.21stcenturyremod.com

Good Luck,
-Rosie Jay
